STEP in School Staffing provides quality, certified instructors in various areas of the arts and college preparatory services. We provide instruction in the following disciplines: Step, Theater, Hip Hop, Djembe Drum, Drumline, College Readiness, Athletic Instructors, Day Care Professionals, Substitute Teachers, and Para-Professionals.  Each discipline is supported by our academic curriculum which aligns the arts with both Common Core and after-school enrichment goals. This ensures that our instructors are versed in designing and implementing an effective learning environment that helps your school or program meet its strategic goals.
